Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
• All orders ship free.
• We currently only ship within the United States.

RETURNS:

• We only accept returns or exchanges if you have received the wrong item or your package arrived damaged.
• If you received the wrong item or your package arrived damaged, please get in touch with us within three days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.
• If your package or item is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the packaging before and after opening, clearly showcasing the damage. We will need this for insurance purposes.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All of our parcels are insured. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos. If the packaging is damaged, take pictures of that as well. (A minimum of 7 photos is required to file a claim with the shipping company.) Contact us here, and we will work with you to replace your order or refund you.
